8 tins chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions
Broccoli
Courgettes
Carrots
Garlic
Celery
Mixed herbs
Salt & pepper
Boiling water to thin it out
Preperation
Chop all the vegetables into chunks and put everything in the slow cooker, The amounts you use of vegetables is up to you. I was careful to use vegetables that are free on both Red & Green days on the Slimming World diet
I never blits this soup as its gorgeous as it is and very filling too. Oh and it'll last quite a few days refrigerated too
