Today i received the Histopathology report regarding the lump i had removed from the top of my inner thigh.
The results been a Fibroepithelial Polyp which is benign. Phew!
It was a 6mm polypoidal pale nodule measuring 12 x 8 upto 6mm with fat in the stromal core and boy was it uncomfortable. When i had it removed i was informed there would be a scar.
Now, my belly has a 7 inch long scar from when i had the hysterectomy and also various dotty type scars from when i had the hernia operation, so a tiny scar way “up there” ain’t going to bother me now is it.
All in all though at least its one thing less to worry about…… for now!!!
