- On November 24th 2006 i was diagnosed with Ovarian & Cervical Cancer at the ripe old age of 42. My Oncologist said it was very unusual for someone to have two types of cancer going on in the same area, but hey thats me! I had a full hysterectomy in January 2007 and completed 6 courses of chemotherapy at 3 week intervals and lasting 8 hours each time, and two ten hour courses of internal radiotherapy. This blog is hopefully going to show that even when diagnosed with an awful disease, life still goes on and the giggles still happen

ReplyDeleteI am SO glad to see the 60-second BEAT test! So many women do not know about ovarian cancer until it is too late. Everyone and their dog knows about breast cancer so it is good to see Ovarian cancer being acknowledged.
